·         Experience: 5 years+

·         Location: Kolkata (1), Guwahati (1)

·         Project duration: 1 year (minimum)

Skills:

·         Strong Project Co-ordination skills

·         Strong Excel Skills

·         Good Communication Skills

·         Understanding of Project Management finances

Types of activities to start with:

·         Data mining and reporting using excel (e.g. creating excel pivot tables using BCR Report to generate reports for Red Project, Red Sleeper, Issue etc analysis)

·         Creating Reports showing trends for analysis (e.g. trends by service line, region, EGM variance by month/quarter, red project trend existing vs. new, % closed)

·         Set up and organise meetings e.g. book meeting rooms, invite attendees organise equipment, con call/virtual room requirements, ensure pre-requisite documentation/deliverables have been completed (e.g. for Delivery Audits, BCR Reviews, Red Project Reviews, Change Review Board)

·         Capturing meeting minutes, documenting in HPGM, distributing and following up of actions items for updates

·         Project Start-Up assistance – ensure all the correct documents are available, project repository is set-up and available, flag Project audit cadence, status reporting requirements

·         Travel, as required
