  • CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Position Summary
    The chief operating officer (COO) will oversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and The chief operating officer (COO) will oversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and oversight of RGVN SFB’s (Name yet to be finalized) financials, operations, human resources and compliance. Reporting to the Managing Director and working as a key member of the SFB’s Management team, the COO will take a leadership role in building, implementing, and overseeing all of the Bank’s systems, processes, workflows, and procedures. The COO will also pay a critical role in helping to shape and guide the future growth and development of the SFB. The COO will develop, refine and implement Operations strategy including aspects such as area selection, product design and delivery, portfolio quality management, client outreach and communications. S/he will be responsible for the management of the overall quality and efficiency of operations. S/he will ensure that the company delivers an outstanding service that is client focused and efficient at all times.
  • CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

  • CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

    Position Summary
    The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) reports to the MD and is responsible for establishing the SFB’s technical vision and leading all aspects of company’s technology development. The CTO is the company top technology executive, playing an integral role in the SFB’s strategic direction, development, and future growth. The CTO is responsible for managing the Bank's technology resources and support facilities, local, wide, wireless, Internet, and Intranet networks, telephone, and all related software programs. CTO plans, organizes, and controls the Bank's day-to-day IT resource activities, collaborates with the all important stake holders. CTO to ensure the Bank's environment is secure and stable, commensurate with the best interest of shareholders, customers, employees, and the public. People reporting to the position of Chief Information Technology Officer include data processing, electronic banking, Internet banking, information technology, central services, special projects, and other departments. CTO develops and implements IT architecture strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs. The position of CTO performs supervisory duties of department staff and coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas of the department & assists in attaining established Bank operational and financial goals.

    Position Summary
    The Chief People Officer is responsible for the management of RGVN ‘Small Finance Bank’s’ Human Resource Department (Name yet to be finalized). The CPO develops, implements, and aligns HR programs with business objectives, serving as a strategic partner of the senior management team while supporting employees in their day to day HR needs. The CPO will be responsible in designing and finalizing the HR policies, contributing to business strategy, develop workforce plans and programs that align with the organizations overall strategic objectives, forecast talent needs and address the talent gaps, orchestrate learning skills and career development of the workforce, employee orientation, education, and training, management development, employee and labor relations, affirmative action compliance, policies and procedures, workers compensation administration, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, organization development, and employee assistance.
  • CHIEF AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER

    Position Summary
    The Chief Audit & Compliance Officer (CACO) is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing compliance within an organization, ensuring that the company and its employees are complying:
    1. With regulatory requirements
    2. With internal policies and procedures The Chief Audit & Compliance Officer (CACO) is the architect & steward of enterprise compliance strategy, structure and processes. As the compliance leader and subject matter expert, the Chief Audit & Compliance Officer is responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance with applicable rules and regulations. The Chief Audit & Compliance Officer has to provide reasonable assurance to Senior Management and the Board of Directors that there are effective and efficient policies and procedures in place, well understood and respected by all employees, and that the company is complying with all regulatory requirements. The CACO must report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. He must also inform the Board of Directors about important issues and operational violations.
