Seven Sisters Development Assistance (SeSTA) is an evolving
development organisation in Northeast India. The main objective of SeSTA is to
catalyse development activities in NE-India though the process of “Nirman” (constructive
development) by working for improved livelihood system and better wellbeing
status of rural community. SeSTA requires following personals for its Project
at Chirang and Bongaigaon districts in Assam-
1.1 Name of post: Project Associate
Number of post: 05
Duration: 6 Months (Renewable up to 3 years proven performance)
Educational Qualification: MA in Sociology/ Economics, M.Sc,
MSW, BE, MBA/
PGDM, B.Sc (agriculture), BVSc, BSc (Fishery) with a minimum 50
percent marks in
all examinations from 10th standard onwards.
Consolidated monthly Salary: Rs. 15000/- (approx)
Age: Below 28 years
1.2 Name of post: Agriculture Coordinator
Number of post: 03
Duration: 1 year (Renewable on the basis of proven performance)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Agriculture, Botany, Life
sciences)
Consolidated monthly Salary: Rs. 8800/-
Age: Below 30 years
1.3 Name of post: Subject Mater Specialist (Sericulture)
Number of post: 02
Duration: 6 months (Renewable on the basis of proven
performance)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Sericulture), Diploma in
Sericulture
Experience: Minimum 1 year in the sericulture sector
Consolidated monthly Salary: Rs. 12,000/-
