Job Description:-
- Managing the store as a profit unit by achieving the store target & handling stock & delivery.
- Ensuring availability of updated price list, at all times.
- Overseeing security & safety of stock, cash & infrastructure / all items in charge / on inventory of the respective store.
- Ensuring proper & well organized storage under well maintained house-keeping, safety and security at all times.
- Achievement of stores sales target, as given by respective Regional Manager.
- Customer Orientation
- Solving customer queries and does activities to know their feedback and response.
- Daily feedback to Regional manager on same.
- Inventory Management – Undertaking stocks & sales analysis entailing replenishments, optimal stock keeping & analyzing stock cover reports.
- Manpower Management
- Sending weekly attendance and leave details of the stores staff to the HR department.
- Imparting training to the newly recruited staff
- Forwarding MIS related to Sales, Stock and Cash to Head Office.
