Human Resource Administrator (JOB CODE: HRD001)
Job Responsibilities
- · To single handedly establish the HR department for the company from scratch.
- · To frame a comprehensive HR policy of the company as per the goals and vision of the company.
- · To formulate the salary structure of the employees for both the plant and head office.
- · To identify and fill the vacancies in the company in close co-ordination with the directors
- · To maintain an account of leave for all employees and other such applications
- · To keep an account of advances of all employees
- · To maintain EPF & ESI records of employees
- · Prepare offer letter and contracts for employees
* The job responsibilities for the said post may not be limited to the above
* Salary package above industrial average
