Nilkamal Limited recruits Assistant Depot Officer/ Store Incharge for Guwahati

Experience: 2 to 7 yrs

Job Description:-

• Managing the store as a profit unit by achieving the store target & handling stock & delivery.

• Ensuring availability of updated price list, at all times.

• Overseeing security & safety of stock, cash & infrastructure / all items in charge / on inventory of the respective store.

• Ensuring proper & well organized storage under well maintained house-keeping, safety and security at all times.

• Achievement of stores sales target, as given by respective Regional Manager.

• Customer Orientation

• Solving customer queries and does activities to know their feedback and response.

• Daily feedback to Regional manager on same.

• Inventory Management – Undertaking stocks & sales analysis entailing replenishments, optimal stock keeping & analyzing stock cover reports.

• Manpower Management

• Sending weekly attendance and leave details of the stores staff to the HR department.

• Imparting training to the newly recruited staff

• Forwarding MIS related to Sales, Stock and Cash to Head Office.
