– Joining formalities
– Recruitment of Technical & non technical manpower.
– Attendance & Leave Managment
– Preparation of employees, muster roll workers salary sheet.
– Daily labour utilization report collection and preparation
– Maintenance of MR labour register, Register of workman, labour wages register, Overtime register etc.
– Labour overtime and payment management
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in HR & IR.
