Age: Candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years as on 01-01-2014. Than upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST (P)/ST(H) candidates only.
Educational Qualification: Application must have passed B.Sc in Chemistry, or Biochemistry or Microbiology as Major subject. Candidates having Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry/Microbiology will be preferred.
Fee: Application fee in the form of Bank Draft/Banker’s Cheque of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) only for General & OBC/MOBC candidates Rs. 75/- (Rupees Seventy Five) only for SC, ST(P), ST(H) candidates drown in favour of ‘Director of Health Services, Assam” payable at Guwahati must be submitted in original along with application,
