Dear candidate, Greetings from SYNERGY GROUP, we are looking for candidate as Full time Telecaller at GUWAHATI, NATIONALISED BANKING THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS.

JOB DESRIPTION:
1) Excellent good communication skill English.

2) Renewals telecalling executive- involves calling existing customers for renewals of their motor insurance policies and cross selling health insurance policies.
3) Motor claims telecalling executive- is into non-sales. The telecaller resolves queries of dealers and customers and guide the customers for their motor claims.

4) Taking Care of Follow-ups calls, Generating walk-ins and converting walk-ins.
5) Taking care of Backlog collections, Fresh Collections from the client. 

6) Generating Revenue on a Monthly basis.
7) Taking Feedback from Client and resolving issues.

This requirement is urgent and needs 1 to 3 year experienced in general insurance in telecalling. Excellent English with Good communication skill. Should a Graduate or PG /MBA and currently working as a Telecaller. Self motivator, good at grasping things and work dynamically to achieve required business turnover.
