AREA MANAGER:

Job Responsibilities: The job profile of Area Manager would encompass monitoring of micro-credit operations and follow-up of execution of operational targets within the specified zone, human resource management, administration of information system pertaining to operations, social performance management and overall office administration at Area level. It would also demand liaison with the Zonal Office & Head Office and time-to-time detailed reporting. The job entails extensive tour throughout the areas of operation.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Required qualification and experience: Graduate with MBA (Marketing/Finance) from reputed institutions with minimum experience of 5/7 years in similar role in industry.
