Position Project – HR Level Senior Executive / Assistant
Manager Reporting to Business Head & Head – HR Department Human Resources
Location Jaipur – Rajasthan and Guwahati – Assam Summary of
the position : The Project – HR is responsible for planning, executing,
monitoring and managing the HR tasks of an Employee Life Cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
• The person
will be the first point of contact for HR related queries for specific project.
• Create Job
description for open position based on the manpower requisition by hiring
managers.
• Work with
hiring managers in developing suitable and cost effective recruitment
strategies.
• Attract
applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using
newsgroups, job sites, internal job postings, etc.
• Develop
networking and builds relations with local NGO’s, Colleges, ITI’s and other
institutions.
• Conduct
Hiring Drive across regions like conducting walkin interviews at regional
level.
• Arranges
interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging and others for
outstation candidates; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging field
visits.
• Coordinate with selected candidates for prejoining
documentation, conducts reference check, and negotiates with the candidates for
salary and joining date.
• Maintain
employee documentation, Hiring MIS, publishing Hiring Reports on a periodical
basis.
• Ensures
that the recruitment policy is practiced within the organization at all points
of time.
• Work in
partnership with line managers on resourcing, performance management, employee
relations and staff management / employee development.
• Ensure
Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal
and company requirements. • Make sure that induction is given to all new joiner
in your region.
• Identify
training needs for the employees in the project and ensure effective capacity
building of the team members.
• Connect
with Corporate HR for any HR related issues and maintain an updated database of
employees within the project.
• Make sure
that center head sent monthly attendance to corporate HR every month.
• Be in touch
with regional employee to build employee connect.
Job
Specification:
• MBA in HR
with minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in HR.
• Good
Computer, Excel and Communication skills.
• Team
management and Customer orientation skills.
• Excellent
business development and networking skills.
• Need to
