Job profile of Systems Executive (Hardware &
Networking):
1)
Knowledge
about Computer hardware maintenance and printer spares, repairing including
toner refilling.
2)
Operating system installations, drivers installations,
software installations
3)
Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace
defective components.
4)
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
5) Maintain and administer computer networks and related
computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software,
applications software, and all configurations.
6) Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in
order to protect data, software, and hardware.
7) Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance
of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and
use.
8) Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and
maintain control records.
9) Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking
software and operating system software.
10) Recommend changes to improve
systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software
requirements related to such changes.
11) Confer with network users about
how to solve existing system problems.
12) Monitor network performance in
order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where
changes will need to be made in the future.
13) Train people in computer system
use.
14) Load computer tapes and disks, and
install software and printer paper or forms.
15) Analyze equipment performance
records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement.
16) Maintain logs related to network
functions, as well as maintenance and repair records.
17) Research new technology, and
implement it or recommend its implementation.
18) Maintain an inventory of parts for
emergency repairs
19) Coordinate with vendors and with
company personnel in order to facilitate purchases.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in System department
of any reputed organization. Those who has experience in Printer repairing will
be preferable.
Basic Qualification: HS/Graduate in any discipline.
Desirable Qualification:
Diploma/ Degree in Hardware & Networking.
Compensation package: The
Compensation package would be negotiable based on qualification, experience in
the Industry and other relevant factors.
