Job Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist profile in one of the leading E-commerce Organization.
- Assisting the senior in structuring the HR system, policies and procedure.
- Active coordination during the pre and post appointment process
- Managing employee relations along with escalation handling .
- Running employee satisfaction program
- Managing Performance Management System.
- Desired knowledge of compensation and benefits and payroll.
- Exposure in IR will be an added advantage.
Salary: Up to 15K/month.
Gender: Male candidate only.
Experience: min. 1 year as a HR Generalist.
Location: Guwahati, Assam.
