Name of the Post :Dy. General Manager (F&A) Grade: E-6

1. No of Post : 01
2. Qualification :CA/ICWA/ Full time MBA (Specialization in Finance) withCommerce background/ M.Com.
3. Essential experience : Minimum 10 (Ten) years Post qualification experience for CA/ICWA out of which 2 (two) years should be in next lower grade and 18 (Eighteen) years PQE for MBA (Finance) and M.Com out of which 2 (Two) years should be in Sr. Managerial level in PSU/Large Private Sector Industry. Preference may be given to candidates having experience in Financial Management, Taxation, coordinating with Financial Institutions, Govt. Agencies, Stake Holders relating to fund mobilization for project finance etc.
4. Age :Not exceeding 52 years

Name of the Post : Dy. General Manager(Material Management) Grade – E-6

2. Qualification :B.E./B.Tech/Full time MBA in Material Management or equivalent qualification

Essential experience : Minimum 18(Eighteen) years post qualification experience out of which 2 (two) years should be in Senior Managerial level in PSU/Large Private Sector Industry preferably in Petrochemical Sector.Preference may be given to candidates having experience in project related activities.

1. Qualification :Full time MBA/MPM with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management.Preference may be given to candidates having Law Degree with above qualifications and proficiency in local language.
2. Essential experience : Minimum 15(Fifteen) years post Qualification experience in line out of which 2(two) years should be in next below level managerial role in a PSU/Large Private Sector industry having exposure to Manpower Planning, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Induction, placement, GETs Training, & mentoring for new talent across the organization, welfare, handling litigation including arbitration, conciliation, court cases and disciplinary matters, etc., Learning & Development, Policy Formulation, Performance Management System, Salary and wage administration etc.
