A Walk-in Interview will be held on 21" April. 2014 at 10.30 A.M. in the office chamber of the undersigned to select candidates for the following posts under R & D projects funded by the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. These posts are purely temporary and are terminable at any time without prior notice or without assigning any season thereof'. The persons engaged shall not be entitled for any claim implicit or explicit for in the University.
1. Name of the post: Database Designer (One)
EQ: M.Sc. in Computer Science I M.Sc. (Bioinformatics) 1 MCA. Candidates with proficiency in PHP, Java, MySQL, etc. will be given priority.
Pay: Rs. 12,000.00 + HRA for first two years & Rs. 14,000.00 + HRA in the 3"' year
2. Name of the post: Junior Research Fellow (Professional)(One)
EQ: M.V.Sc. in Animal Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Vety. Biochemistry. Candidates with working experience and proficiency in microbiological works will be given priority.
Pay: Rs. 18,000.00 (Fixed) + HM for first 2 years and Rs. 20.000.00 + HRA for 3rd year
3. Name of the post: Technical Assistant (One)
EQ: M.V.Sc. in any discipline I M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Life Science.
Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications as evidenced byrelevant certificates,
Diploma etc.
Pay: Rs. 12,000.00 (FIXED) + 15% HRA
