RGVN(North East) Microfinance Ltd invites applications for the posts of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Finance Officer, Zonal Manager, Manager HR & Training Coordinator.

SITUATION VACANT

RGVN(North East) Microfinance Ltd, the leading RBI Registered Micro Finance Institution in the North-East with its Head Office in Guwahati and 107 branch offices spread across Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland and Sikkim invites applications for the posts of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Finance Officer, Zonal Manager, Manager HR & Training Coordinator.
1. CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Job Responsibilities: The COO’s profile would include strategic planning for business development, supervising execution of operational targets, overall monitoring and administration of branch operations, human resource management, overseeing all field-level activities and also act as a coordinator of field-level operations with Head Office. The job entails extensive tour throughout the areas of operation.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Required qualification and experience: Candidates with Post Graduation in any discipline having minimum 10 years experience in development/banking sector in senior Managerial/Administrative position (minimum 5 years experience in microfinance) can apply. Preferable age limit is within 45 years as on 01.01.2014.
Compensation package: The Compensation package would be negotiable based on qualification, experience in the Industry and other relevant factors.
2. CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
Job Responsibilities: The job profile would encompass financial planning and budgeting, fund management, liaison with funders and external stake holders including meeting the statutory audit and tax obligations.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Required qualification and experience: M.Com, MBA (Finance), ICWA or Chartered Accounts. Experience 8/10 years working in financial sector. Preferable age limit is within 45 years as on 01.01.2014.
Compensation package: The Compensation package would be negotiable based on qualification, experience in the Industry and other relevant factors.
3. ZONAL MANAGER
Job Responsibilities: The job profile of Zonal Manager would encompass monitoring of micro-credit operations and follow-up of execution of operational targets within the specified zone, human resource management, administration of information system pertaining to operations, social performance management and overall office administration at Zonal Office level. It would also demand liaison with the H.O. and time-to-time detailed reporting.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Required qualification and experience: Graduate with MBA (Marketing/Finance) from reputed institutions with minimum experience of 5/7 years in similar role and industry. Candidates, intending to apply for Zonal Manager should ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria specified. Minimum 35 years as on 01.01.2014.
Compensation package: The Compensation package would be negotiable based on qualification, experience in the Industry and other relevant factors.
4. MANAGER HR
Job Responsibilities: The job profile of Manager HR would encompass Staffing requirements, recruitments and selection process, compensation strategy, process administration of HRM and corporate policies, overseeing training and development activity.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Required qualification and experience: MBA (HR) with minimum experience of 8/10 years in similar role and industry preferable. Candidates, intending to apply for Manager HR should ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria specified by RGVN (NE) MFL. Minimum 40 years as on 01.01.2014.
Compensation package: The Compensation package would be negotiable based on qualification, experience in the Industry and other relevant factors.
5. TRAINING COORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities:
1. Impart training to officials/clients of RGVN (NE) MFL of various level.
2. Map out training plans, design and develop training programs.
3. Identify training needs and develop training programmes to suit.
4. Participate in training and information briefings and maintain an up to date knowledge of the MFIs.
5. Ensure cost of training programme is within budgets and is profitable.
6. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Required qualification and experience: A graduate with MBA with 2-5 years of experience with excellent coordination and training skills. The job profile would include extensive travelling.  Minimum 30 years as on 01.01.2014.
Compensation package: The Compensation package would be negotiable based on qualification, experience in the Industry and other relevant factors.
