Job Description
1) Take care of Zonal recruitment
through JOB Portal, Employee referral and other sources of Hiring.
2) Coordination with Head office team for initial and final interviews
of senior profiles.
3) Salary negotiation, Offer letter roll out and follow up with candidates
for joining process.
4) Joining and Induction of new joinee.
5) Vendor development (NGOs, Local Institutes and Free vendors) for PAN India
locations.
6) Preparation and updating of various MIS i.e. Active vendor MIS, Hiring
MIS, New Joiner MIS etc.
7) Visiting Locations for recruitment as and when required.
Taking care of Performance appraisal, Attendance,
Employee engagement and Training coordination of employees.
Desired Profile
1) Candidate should know regional
language i.e. either Bengali or Assamese or Both with good knowledge of
English.
2) Candidate should be open for
travelling to other locations of North east when required.
3) Candidate should have
experience in recruitment.
