Job Description
1. HR Generalist / HR Executive Functions.
2. Recruitment, Training Coordination.
3. End to end recruitment,
4. Factories Act, EPF, ESI,
5. CTC Designing, Payroll processing.

Key Deliverables:
1. Searching and screening resumes for technical position and others from the existing database, network, internal reference and numerous job sites.
2. Responsible for managing full recruitment cycle.
3. Handling joining formalities & employeee orientation for the new joinees.
4. Generating offer letters and confirming the employment to the candidates.
5. Handling exit formalities of the employee.
6. Coordinating for Confirmation, Appraisal & Salary Increment procedure of the employees.
7. Formulating and implementing policies in the organization.
8. Coordinating with finance department for employees’ perks and benefits – Medical insurance and workmen compensation policy.
9. Facility Maintenance & Coordination
10. Conducting & coordinating soft skills training for junior level employees.
11. One to one counseling session for the employees in every quarter.
12. Maintaining employee data base.
13. Handling attendance & Leave Management system of the employees.
14. Developing HR infrastructure in the company by formulating and defining the procedure for each HR activity.
