DESIGNATION: MARKETING EXECUTIVE
SALES
· Responsible for sale of flats to the investors/end consumer
· Searching for new potential markets
· Handling sales enquiries for Residential & commercial properties
· Corporate Visits/ Visits to other towns/cities in North East
· Work on all documents related to Sale/Allotment Letters
· Preparing sales report & other time to time required information
· Finding Database to target new customers
CUSTOMER SERVICE
· Attending to clients concerns, complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them
· Making Demand letters, Collection of payment from clients and also analysis of Dues and Recovery
· Co-ordinating with Accounts and Engineer regarding raising of Demand Letters from time to time
· Greetings on Clients Important Dates/Major festivals to create delight
ADVERTISEMENT
· Handling Outdoor, Electronic, Paper and other Advertisement Media and Survey
· Handling Advertisement over internet
· Selection and negotiation with vendors
· Responsible for conducting Promotional events from time to time as required
DATA MANAGEMENT
· Managing Competitors Record & information
· Keeping management updated about new trends and upcoming projects
· Market Analysis and strategic understanding
· SMS Data Management
Experience : 3-5 years
Salary : As mutually agreed
