Overall responsibility for execution of fabrication works as per technical specifications/drawings, within the agreed time, cost, and scope and quality outlined in the Project Plan.
Responsible for implementation and execution of inspection methods, procedures and instructions.
Responsible for bill verification and reconciliation.
Responsible for monthly monitoring of construction progress vis-a-vis project plan and prepare reports, identification of problems and solutions.

Responsible for execution and to supervise the day-to-day entrusted works as per the approved plans complying with all quality requirements.
Responsible to execute work at site as per the project plan, ensure compliance with the safety norms and minimize wastage.
Responsible for calculation of the material requirement and submit to section in-charge.
Responsible for manpower planning and expediting with contractors for manpower requirement.

Experience- 2-5 Years

    3.   Sr Mgr/Manager Civil

Responsible for drawing & document management in coordination with drawing office.
Responsible for tracking of material receipt at site.
Responsible for releasing of site MIS.
Responsible for preparing site progress reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Experience- 4-12 Years

   8.  Drawing Office (Mgr/Dy Mgr)

Responsible for management, preparation of transmittal of drawings, documents receipt and distribution at site.
Responsible for drafting of drawings, layouts in auto cad as per modification requirements at site.
