1. Should have good communication, Presentation skills.

Ensuring all files are up-to-date, papers correctly filed and maintained.

Maintaining stationery register.

Making out of sales invoices, following up on payments.
5.
Responsible for independently managing office administration.
6. Should be proficient in MS-word, MS-excel &
MS-PowerPoint.
8. Knowledge of handling office accounts works is
added advantage.
