1. Deputy Project Manager (Electrical)

Educational Qualification: Full Time Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from Govt. recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

Experience:
 03 years experience. Should have experience in Design ,Engineering, Erection & Commissioning of HT/LT Switchgears, Transformers, Motors, PLC based panels, Lighting, Automatic Power factor correction equipments, Cable Engineering, Electrical System Engineering. The design activities include preparation of design documentation/ Calculations, schematic layout drawings, cable schedules and cable layouts, including ventilation system/lighting equipments, Tel Network, CCTV, HVAC, PA, Fire ALARM System, BMS/ Automation System etc. Experience of preparation of technical specifications, Estimation of bill of quantity of buildings / industrial structures and basic cost estimation based on central / state PWD rates including market rates analysis. Calling of tenders, its Technical review / vendor document’s review and experience of dealing of contract clauses. Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) / Field Quality plan ( FQP) for various construction materials required for Electrical, inspection / witnessing of tests and dispatch of items as per QAP at manufacturer’s works. Measurements and certification of works carried–out at site. Preparation of construction schedule and controlling the cost / time of execution of Electrical work. Experience of Post construction inclusive of DLP and operation and maintenance of the system. Candidates having knowledge and proficiency in use of Computer will be preferred.

Government of Assam, in provision of Section 23 of the RTE Act – 2009 conducts Teachers' Eligibility Test (TET) – for Lower Primary and Upper Primary level for the state of Assam as per the guidelines laid down by NCTE. Candidates having permanent residence in the state of Assam may appear in Paper I (Lower Primary) and Paper II (Upper Primary) of TET.

Eligibility Criteria to Appear in LP UP TET


Lower Primary TET (Classes I to V):

 
a) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR
Graduation and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) obtained from any recognized institution shall be considered for appointment as a teacher in class I to V, provided the person so appointed as teacher will have to mandatorily undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE within two years of such appointment as primary teacher.

b) A person who is pursuing any of the teacher education courses (recognized by the NCTE or the RCI, as the case may be) specified in the NCTE Guideline dated 11th February, 2011, may also apply for TET. However he can apply for appointment only after acquiring all the required qualification.

Remark: Candidate those who were admitted in D.El.Ed program before 31st August 2009 please refer to Clause B under subheading Relaxation.

Upper Primary TET (Classes VI to VIII):

 
a) Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed) OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed). OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year B.A./B. Sc. Ed. Or B.A. Ed/B. Sc. Ed. OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1-year B. Ed.(Special Education)

b) A person who is pursuing any of the teacher education courses (recognized by the NCTE or the RCI, as the case may be) specified in the NCTE Guideline dated 11th February, 2011, may also apply for TET. However he can apply for appointment only after acquiring all the required qualification.

Minimum Marks to Qualify in TET


A candidate is required to score 60 % i.e. 90 marks out of 150 to qualify the Teachers’ Eligibility Test (TET). However, for SC/ST (Hills)/ST (Plain)/OBC/MOBC/PWD (PH), there will be relaxation of 5 %. Thus, for these candidates, qualifying marks will be 83 out of 150 i.e. 55 % .

Eligibility Criteria of ATEPFO Recruitment


Employment Exchange Certificate: 
Eligible Indian Citizens must have Registration Number in Employment Exchange in the state of Assam .

Age Limit: The candidates age should be between 21 years to 38 years as on 1st June 2021.

Age Relaxation: 
The upper age limit is relaxable as given below -

i) 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 41 years.
ii) 5 years for SC/ST candidates i.e. upto 43 years.
iii) 10 years for PWD candidates.

Educational Qualification:

i) The applicants must be Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
il) The candidates must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma/ Certificate in computer proficiency from a recognized institute such as Word Processor, Spread Sheet, presentation graphics, concept of database, internet, email and computer typing in English/ Assamese language.

Selection Process of ATEPFO Recruitment


The selection Process of ATEPFO Recruitment includes two stages.

Stage-I: The candidates whose applications are accepted will be required to appear in an objective type test (Multiple Choice Questions 100 marks) to be held in FIVE ZONES of Assam - (Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Tezpur, Silchar and Guwahati) on a date to be notified later on.

Syllabus for Stage I include:

i) General studies including current affairs, national and international — 60 marks.
ii) General English - 20 marks.
iii) Arithmetic — 20 marks.

Stage-II: 
Against each vacancy, five candidates would be shortlisted for Stage-II on the basis of the marks obtained in Stage I. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear in the following tests in Stage-II:

a) Computer test (English and Assamese typing) - 20 marks.
b) Writing ability test in English. Writing ability tests shall include drafting, precis writing, comprehension, essay, etc. - 30 marks.

Final Selection: 
Combined marks of Stage I (Objective Type Test) and Stage II (Computer Test and Writing ability test in English) secured by a candidate will be the determining factor for selection to the post of Junior Assistant.
