Job Responsibilities: The job profile of Area Manager would encompass monitoring of micro-credit operations and follow-up of execution of operational targets within the specified zone, human resource management, administration of information system pertaining to operations, social performance management and overall office administration at Area level. It would also demand liaison with the Zonal Office & Head Office and time-to-time detailed reporting. The job entails extensive tour throughout the areas of operation.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 

Required qualification and experience: Graduate with MBA (Marketing/Finance) from reputed institutions with minimum experience of 5/7 years in similar role in industry. Candidates, intending to apply for Area Manager should ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria specified. Age should not be more than 40 years as on 01.05.2015.

Compensation package: The Compensation package would be negotiable based on qualification, experience in the Industry and other relevant factors. Present & expected salary to be indicated in the resume.

Screening: Screening of candidates will be carried out as per programme issued by Recruiting Offices.
Physical Fitness Test: Physical fitness test will be as follows :­
(a) 1.6 Km in maximum 6.20 minutes.
(b) Pull ups (Beam) ­ minimum 6 pull ups.
(c) Zig Zag balance ­ must pass.
(d) 9 Feet ditch ­ must pass.

Submission of Application: Candidates are required to submit their Application Form duly filled along with all required documents as per the format duly superscribed “APPLICATION FOR HAVILDAR EDUCATION” on the top outer cover of the envelope to the Headquarters Recruiting Zone /IRO Delhi Cant (For Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad & Mewat Dist of Haryana) of which the individual is domicile of.
