We are looking out for Site Supervisor from telecom industry for our Guwahati office. 

Location - Guwahati 

Experience : Atleast 2 yrs

Diploma/Graduate Electrical/Mechanical 
Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field 
Role : OME(passive infra) 
Deliverables: SLA Monitoring of sites. Rectification of 2 nd level faults in DG , SMPS,piu, battery bank. 
Remote support of Technicians for fault rectification. EB & DG Hours Monitoring. Diesel Filling/ BID Plan management & Execution. Site Visits. Preventive Maintenance of sites. Infra Rectification of Sites. MIS & Assets data tracking. Random Monthly Site visits of 20% of the total Sites allotted under him. Collation and Authentication of DCR (Daily Call Report) of Technicians. 

Key Responsibilities: - 
1. Shall be responsible for O&M and hence uptime of sites in the cluster 
2. Shall be responsible for uptime of the sites under scope as per the contractual terms 
3. Shall carryout scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment under scope in co-ordination with vendors & Central Co-ordinator within window period as per the periodicity and guidelines 
4. Shall lead team of technicians, guide, train and motivate in accomplishing the tasks. 
5. Shall maintain proper track of diesel consumption and take steps to contain the CPH as per guidelines and reduce pilferage 
6. Shall collect EB bills, make EB payments, collect receipts and manage EB bill inco-ordination with EB Co-ordinator 
7. Shall coordinate with Spares co-ordinator to get the required spares and consumables for the O&M activities. 
8. Shall be custodian of tools and instruments 
9. Shall be responsible for managing O&M vendors for executing AMC terms and conditions 
10. Shall escalate faults beyond L1 to SME/vendors, co-ordinate with them in resolving L2/L3 faults

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

(a) Age (as on 01-07-2014):

Between 18 and 26 years, candidates must have been born not earlier than 02/07/1988 and not later than 01/07/1996.

RELAXATION IN THE UPPER AGE LIMIT:

Upper age is relaxable in the case of candidates belonging to certain categories as under :

(b) Sports Qualification:

5. Performance of candidates in the previous two years will be given due importance.
6. At the time of appointment the candidate must be an active sportsperson and should be fit enough to take part in future tournaments as well

(c) Educational Qualifications (as on 31-08-2014):

For the post of “Assistant” :

At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. The Bachelor’s degree should be from the University within the Recruitment Zone as per Note below.

For the post of “Office Attendant”

At least 10th pass from the Board within the Recruitment Zone as per Note below.

Those who have appeared for the 10th examination or final year examination of bachelor's degree and awaiting results can also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the Graduation/10th Examination on or before 31.08.2014.

3. RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE:

Candidates possessing requisite qualifications will be called for selection trials. Candidates who qualify in selection trials for the discipline applied for will be called for interview at respective centres. Since the recruitment will be mainly on the basis of sports qualifications suitable weightage would be given to this factor as well as the age of the candidates. Selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit. Selection trials and interviews will be conducted at respective offices.

The Bank reserves the right to restrict number of candidates to be called for interview. Mere fulfillment of requisite qualifications will not confer any right on a candidate to be called for interview. Candidates found suitable will be waitlisted. Final selection will depend, inter-alia, on verification of character & antecedents, medical fitness and verification of genuineness of sports certificates to the Bank’s satisfaction.

Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay of ` 8,860/- per month (inclusive of two advance increments admissible to graduates only) in the scale of ` 8,040 – 410 – 9270 – 500 – 11,270 – 550 – 13,470 – 650 – 15,420 – 720 – 16,140 – 990 – 20,100 (20 years) and other allowances, viz. Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Transport Allowance etc., as admissible from time to time. At present, initial monthly Gross emoluments for Assistants is approximately ` 22,732/-

Perquisites:

Bank's accommodation subject to availability, reimbursement of expenses for maintenance of vehicle for official purpose, Newspaper, Book Grant, Allowance for furnishing of residence, etc. as per eligibility. Dispensary facility besides reimbursement of medical expenses for OPD treatment/hospitalization as per eligibility; Interest free Festival Advance, Leave Fare Concession (once in two years for self, spouse and eligible dependents). Loans and Advances at concessional rates of interest for Housing, Car, Education, Consumer Articles, Personal Computer, etc. The recruits will be governed by the Defined Contribution New Pension Scheme, in addition to the benefit of Gratuity.

(ii) Selected candidates will be initially posted in the Bank’s office within the Recruitment Zone for which they had applied.

(iii) However, the candidates selected as “Assistants” are liable to be transferred in administrative exigencies to centres grouped and classified into West, South, North and East Zone offices as under:

1. Ahmedabad, Bhopal (including Raipur), Mumbai (including Belapur), Nagpur, Pune and Panaji.
2. Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.
3. Chandigarh (including Shimla), Jaipur, Jammu / Srinagar, Kanpur, Lucknow (including Dehradun) and New Delhi.
4. Bhubaneswar, Guwahati (including all North Eastern states), Kolkata and Patna (including Ranchi).

5. APPLICATION FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE):

Rs.100/- (Rupees Hundred only). No fee is payable by SC/ST candidates. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Mere recommendations from sports club will not be considered. No originals should be sent.
4. Applications complete in all respects should be forwarded by ordinary post to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Recruitment Section, at respective centre where the application is submitted. 8. GENERAL RULES/ INSTRUCTIONS:
