1. ZONAL MANAGER
Job Responsibilities: The job profile of Zonal Manager would encompass monitoring of micro-credit operations and follow-up of execution of operational targets within the specified zone, human resource management, administration of information system pertaining to operations, social performance management and overall office administration at Zonal Office level. It would also demand liaison with the H.O. and time-to-time detailed reporting.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Required qualification and experience: Graduate with MBA (Marketing/Finance) from reputed institutions with minimum experience of 5/7 years in similar role and industry. Candidates, intending to apply for Zonal Manager should ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria specified. Minimum 35 years as on 01.05.2014.

Compensation package: The Compensation package would be negotiable based on qualification, experience in the Industry and other relevant factors. Present & expected salary to be indicates in resume.
