Brinks Arya India Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1981 and is based in Mumbai, India. Brink”s Arya operates as a subsidiary of Brinks Security International, Inc.
Brink’s primary services include:

2. Automated teller machine (ATM) replenishment and servicing

1. Purpose of the Position :
Obtain profit contribution by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives.
To enhance operational excellence & efficiency at the branch level, where continuous process-improvement and productivity efforts should be relentless & be responsible for productivity & service excellence (i.e. efficient, quality-driven and secure operations) & to be accountable for the costs of running the Branch office.
1. Main Responsibilities :
a) Financial Excellence: Cost management & control
To take ownership of the P&L for branch with an emphasis on ensuring profitability.
To achieve the assigned revenue targets
To plan and administer the companys budget and keep costs in control.
To ensure timely payments from customers for managing cash flow.
b) Operating excellence:
Responsible for all aspects of business operations ;- includes overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure success of the company by maintaining financial budgets, ensuring adherence of policies and procedures, mentoring staff, and working with customers to ensure a high quality of service.
To ensure optimized routing and premise-time to maximize stops per hour.
To lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity at all subordinating levels.
To increase Branch efficiency & maintain business focus.
To supervise Sales, Customer Services and Operations Teams.
To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
c) Maintaining Customer Service Levels :
To improve customer satisfaction by ensuring right product quality and timely deliveries.
To take timely and proper customer feedback and opinions to continuously improve various functions.
To attend and resolve customer grievances in coordination with sales, customer service and operations teams from corporate office.
To meet customer SLAs as per contract to ensure superior service.
To minimize the rate of Service Failures and their respective costs, such as penalties.
d) People Excellence
Define the Key Result Areas of the team and attach specific performance indicators to each.
To monitor and mentor team performance in order to maximize individual thus branch efficiency.
To train the staff team for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc.
To build and develop a team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.
Make staffing and hiring decisions within the department.
To ensure company policies are adhered strictly.
e) Business Development:
To use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends in coordination with Regional Sales Manager / Corporate Sales Team.
To support and facilitate development and implementation of sales and marketing plans.
To gather market research information about customers, pricing, competition, demand and others for existing and new service offerings.
To build company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
Candidate must have a good experience into Branch Operations. Also must be able to take accountability of entire Profitability of the branch along with business growth.
Experience: 4 to 8 yrs.
